Cortex Charts makes Cortex Lens, a Chrome extension that checks Practice Fusion charts for coding problems. This policy covers cortexcharts.com and Cortex Lens.

Lens reads the chart you have open, removes your patient’s name and record number in your browser, and sends the rest to Cortex to be checked. Our security page lists exactly what Lens reads, what it removes, where charts are checked, and what we keep.

If your practice invites you, we store your email address so you can sign in. We also keep a log of sign-ins, invitations, and role changes.

When you book a demo, we store what you enter in the form and email it to our team. To limit spam, we keep a scrambled version of your network address, never the address itself.

On our public pages, we count page views with PostHog. We don’t record sessions or track clicks.

We use Vercel to run our website and servers, Supabase for our database, Anthropic to check charts, Resend to send email, and PostHog for page-view counts.
