Cortex EHR builds products that review EMR chart context during an authenticated workflow and surface coding, documentation, and data-entry suggestions. Cortex Lens is the current prototype. Demo mode uses synthetic patient data.

When a live FHIR adapter is configured, access tokens are stored in httpOnly cookies and expire within one hour. FHIR API calls are proxied server-side; credentials and tokens are not exposed to the browser.

The current product prototype may send structured chart context to a model-analysis provider when Cortex analysis is enabled. Production deployments should use only approved vendors, agreements, and controls for regulated health information.
